Pumped to be gearing up Drive 2011 this week. (for more about drive go HERE) Going to be a great week hanging out with the team at North Point and taking a peak into the things they do and processing through the why’s of how their team operates the way it does.

I love taking time to share my thoughts as I process through what I learn when I am at events like this. So you can stay tuned all week as I put my experiences here so For those of you who were worried, rest easy for I will continue to blog and process through what I am experiencing here.
