So in my third Pre-Conference Session I got to hang out with Jim Wideman (for more on him go HERE) as he talked though How To: Get more Done In a Day! Every time I come to Orange I try as hard as I can to get into one of Jim’s sessions. I love his heart for ministry and for leading teams. He does a great job of breaking down, in a really simple way, how to maximize your time and get more done by setting your priorities for your life!

Organization + order = effective management

Management and order = promotion

Whatever you do not manage you lose!!

Being a bad a manager and being irresponsible are the same thing.

You can't keep priorities you don't have.

What do you need to get more done
- Vision
- Know and live by your priorities
- Have a desire to change
- You need the right tools
- Develop routines for things you do on a consistent basis

4 ways to make your 24 count
- Planning
- Preparation
- Evaluation
- Delegation

The bigger your ministry the more time you have to spend on leadership development.
