Welcome to the Monday Minute. This is a weekly segment on my Blog where I post a short thought on Random things. Maybe a resource or maybe something I have experienced in the last week.

What if a premiere children’s conference came to a town near you to invest in your leaders and volunteers? What if the one and only Jim Wideman (for more on him go HERE) were going to be the Keynote speaker? What if there were breakouts designed specifically for the different areas that they may serve?

I hope you would want to GO! Well the Illuminate Conference is coming to Nashville to do just that. They started a conference at their own church and it was such a huge success that they decided to do it again. But they also decided to take it to 3 other locations in the South and try it out.

Kenny Conely (for more on Him go HERE) are going to do a great job. Trust me when I tell you that if you can make it, you want to do that. You will be more than glad that you did. I am pumped about it.

Here is some info directly from the website!

In only its sophomore year, Illuminate is making plans to gather hundreds of church staff, leaders and volunteers in Nashville for a premier Children’s Ministry event. Illuminate is the only “volunteer-focused” conference where you’ll hear from internationally known and seasoned kidmin leaders who will inspire, equip and encourage your ministry teams. This is the only kidmin conference where bringing your entire volunteer team is not only encouraged, but actually is possible.

Join Jim Wideman and several nationally-known kidmin specialists on Saturday, February 18th for the event that has the potential to take your team to the next level in local church ministry. Network with other ministry leaders and build collaborative relationships that will bear fruit well beyond this conference.
