Youlead is a fairly new resource from Orange. (for
more on them go HERE). This is a resource that sets you up to lead your group
in an INTENTIONAL way. Here is the even cooler part. They do most of the prep
work for you. This resource even allows you to send designed emails to your
team.
Here are 3 reasons I love You Lead
Personal Leadership
Development – They have an entire section each MONTH dedicated to your
personal growth. Each week there is a different resource for you. From book
reviews to podcast they are all fantastic. I look forward to these each month.
Staff Leadership
Development – There is also section that helps you process through how to
push your staff and develop them in an INTENTIONAL way. They do the prep work
for you all you have to do is figure out how it applies in your context.
It Saves Me Time – Time
is my most precious resource and with everything I have to do in a week it is
so hard to adequately prepare for a good meeting and intentional leadership
development. This makes it so much easier.
If you don’t use You Lead I would recommend it for any team
and anyone who leads a team. As a Family Pastor I am responsible for several
areas. It works at any level. I am very confident of that. It is well worth the price!
